GETTING THERE

Getting to Siargao takes a few steps, but it’s all part of the adventure. Below are a few travel tips and flight options to help you plan the smoothest route to the island.

For our overseas guests, there are no direct international flights to Siargao, so you’ll need to fly via either Manila or Cebu, then take a short connecting flight to Siargao.

However, for guests in Queensland, JetStar is currently trialling direct flights from Brisbane to Cebu until May 2026. If the route proves viable, it may be extended, so keep an eye on their website for updates.

Another option is to fly via Singapore and connect through Cebu on the way to Siargao. It’s often easier to aim for Cebu as your main entry point, since Manila flights can be more expensive or include extra stopovers. That said, prices and schedules can change, so it’s worth comparing options before locking anything in.

Sometimes connecting flights from Cebu to Siargao are tight, so for a more relaxed trip you might consider staying overnight in Cebu before flying to Siargao the next morning. There are some great beach resorts on Mactan Island, near the airport, where you can relax by the water and ease into island time before continuing your journey.
